We had Shawn with Total Home Repair build two new interior walls, cut and hang two doors (one into a new wall and one into an existing wall), as well and do some insulation work.........I was totally 100% impressed and happy with the entire process. His final cost was very close to the estimate he originally gave me despite it being a bit more work then he had planned on once he got going, and the price was incredibly fair. He always let me know the plan and involved us in the process, and he was both timely and professional in addition to being friendly the whole two weeks he was working here.
This guy does everything from basic home repair, electrical work, to installing ceiling fans, to major remodel or addition work. I would highly recommend him as either a handy man or some one to rely on to do even bigger projects.
I found him listed here on 85239.com under contractors under the title Total Home Repair. If anyone needs a handy man that will get back to them quickly (he came out the same day I called him) I suggest you try him, you won’t be disappointed! Even my husband who is an engineer and very particular was very happy with Shawn’s work and that is saying a lot.
The block work in the back yard is being done by a different party and is still a work in progress, I will let you know how that went once it is completed.
